1. Kickoff Call
We’ll setup an ideal time to chat over the phone for about 15 - 30 minutes to discuss the details of your project, including deadlines, requirements and budget.
2. Statement of Work (SOW)
I’ll send you a document outlining the project details we discussed over the phone, along with a pricing estimate and suggested timeline.
3. Approval + Deposit
Once we both agree to the nitty-gritty, I’ll request 50% of the total project investment and we’ll get to work!
4. Creative Brief / Strategy Document
Together we’ll develop a strategy document, outlining our specific goals and how we measure the success of the project.
5. Design: R1 & R2
We’ll start to explore design options and go through a maximum of 2 rounds of creative revisions.
6. Client Approval
Once the design assets have been approved, we can begin the project handoff!
Week 4 - 6
7a. FOR PRINT ASSETS
We’ll determine order, delivery and pick-up details (typically depends on project).
7b. FOR DIGITAL ASSETS
I’ll submit the design files via Google Drive, Dropbox, or your preferred file sharing method along with a checklist of the provided files and how to use them.
8. The Hopefully-It’s-Not-Goodbye-Forever Call
Obviously, I’d love to continue working with you, but I don’t want to overstay my welcome.
